Stacwyck
Fire alarm: A fire alarm was activated by the first floor of the Williams building in Stacwyck. The source was believed to be cooking smoke. Rensselaer County was notified, and a fire report was completed.

Center for Biotechnology and Interdisciplinary Studies
Illness: An individual reported having chest pains and requested emergency medical services. Troy Fire Department evaluated the person on site and then transported the patient to Samaritan Hospital.
Tuesday, July 21
Folsom Library
Injury: An employee was walking on the side of the library and fell. The employee went to Samaritan Hospital, and was later transferred to St. Peter’s Hospital. The employee stated in a report to the Department of Public Safety that wrist injuries were sustained.
Monday, August 17
Off-Campus
Larceny: Troy Police Department responded to an off-campus house with regards to the theft of copper roofing and assorted building materials. TPD completed a theft report, and a DPS officer completed an informational theft report.
Rensselaer Union
Fire Alarm: DPS and TFD were dispatched to a fire alarm activation caused by bookstore renovations. The alarm was reset by TFD.

Barton Hall
Fire alarm: Barton Hall experienced a fire alarm activation. TFD responded, but was not able to determine the cause of the alarm. The panel was reset, but continued beeping and showing a trouble condition. Fire Life Safety was notified.
