ON FEBRUARY 29, PRESIDENT SHIRLEY ANN JACKSON APPOINTED David Rainey as the acting dean of the Rensselaer at Hartford campus, succeeding John Minasian. Rainey had been a professor of practice in the Lally School of Management and Technology. Rainey received a master’s degree in business administration from West New England College, a master’s in engineering science, a master’s in management, and a doctorate in Urban and Environmental Studies from RPI.
