Every year, RPI’s Department of Public Safety prepares an overview of public safety policies, statistics surrounding crime on-campus and other RPI property, and an audit of fire safety systems within school facilities. The 68-page report includes numerous website links and contacts for RPI’s safety resources, such as the Title IX Office, a Hazing Hot Line, and the counseling center. The report defines the reported crimes under both New York State and federal law. The document also details the fire safety systems and the number of annual fire drills for every building on campus.
