Ground Zero stages their last event of the semester in DCC 324, starting at 8 pm. Measle Mumps Rubella will be performing with special guests Hot Gurl Party and Tsunami Sandcastle.

Proctor’s invites the public to an art opening at the Delack Guild Room. The art show will feature paintings by Marie-Louise McHugh from 5-7 pm. Classical guitarist and guest musician George Seror III will be performing at the site.
The Egg hosts a performance of The Roches at 6 pm. Considered America’s favorite trio of singing sisters, The Roches will showcase a blend of gospel, folk, rock, country, and pop music. Tickets are $24.
The Taiwanese-American Cultural Society presents the Hung Sheng Lion Dance Theater at The Egg. The show, which incorporates acting, martial arts, and dancing, starts at 8 pm. Tickets cost $3 for children, $6 for students, or $12 for adults.
The Fry Street Quartet holds a concert at the Emma Willard School, Kiggins Hall from 8-10 pm. The show is sponsored by Kodosky Foundation Fund for Classical Music. Admission is free.
Sheer Idiocy performs their final show of the year at Mother’s from 8-11 pm. The show is free for all to attend.

RPI Dance Club holds their annual dance show in the West Hall Auditorium at 2 pm. This year’s event, entitled “Bust A Move,” will feature everything from ballet to hip-hop to solo performances. There is no cost to attend.
Joseph’s House and Shelter sponsors the Comedy Relief for the Homeless 2006 benefit at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall. Tickets are $15 for students with college ID or $20 for the general public. To reserve tickets and inquire about premium seating, call 273-0038. The show begins at 8 pm.
The Ellen Sinopoli Dance Company celebrates an evening of old and new selections, including a new premier of music by Hilary Tann, performed live by bassoonist Krassimir Ivanov. The show will be held at The Egg, starting at 8 pm. Admission costs $12 for children, $20 for students, or $24 for adults.
Linda Elder visits Proctor’s, singing a number of popular Broadway selections at 8 pm. Elder was the original Broadway diva for “Jekyll and Hyde.” Contact Katie Corrie at 382-3884 for tickets.

WRPI holds its final general meeting of the semester from 4-6 pm in DCC 337. There will be information available to those students interested in being on the air or helping out with the station in general. Refreshments will be provided after the meeting.
Master’s in Fine Arts candidates launch Empty-Set-Go! The show will present works in progress and finished pieces of various artists at West Hall Gallery 111 from 4-8 pm. The artists will be available to discuss their work. There is no cost to attend.

The Egg presents Culture, a reggae trio show, featuring Joseph Hill. The show is presented in cooperation with WRPI and will start at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $15 for students or $20 for adults.
Brian Melick and Eric Marczak perform live at the C+CC from 8-10:30 pm. Accompanying them are guest guitarist Maria Zemantauski and harp player Martha Gallagher. Admission is free.
