The Office of the First-Year Experience conducts a meeting for groups interested in operating a Navigating Rensselaer and Beyond session that have not previously participated in the program. This meeting is being held in Union Room 3502 at 6 pm.
Northern Lights hosts arena rock singer Eddie Money with special guest Hung Jury at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $18 in advance or $20 the day of the show.

Revolver Magazine presents Darkest Hour with special guests Himsa, A Life Once Lost, Acacia Strain, and Dead to Fall. The concert is being held at 7 pm at Saratoga Winners. Tickets are $12 in advance or $14 at the door.

Susan Martula headlines Mozart’s 250th Birthday Bash held at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall from 8-10 pm. Martula, a clarinet soloist, has played with various symphonies, including the Albany Symphony Orchestra. Free tickets are available in the Union Administration Office.

Christopher O’Reilly hosts Little Wolfie’s Birthday Rave at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall from 8-10 pm. RPI’s From the Top group will celebrate Mozart’s musical career in its own creative way. Tickets are free and are on reserve in the Union Administration Office.
Club Dome presents Diana Slattery and Evidence from 8-9 pm at the Children’s Museum of Science and Technology. Club Dome, a collaborative effort between DomeWorks and the museum, strives to present shows combining experimental visuals with sounds. For further information, see http://www.eventdomes.com/.
Mad Science teaches students about the magic behind movies as they will have the chance to portray actors, directors, and crew members. The interactive event starts at 1 pm at the Egg in Albany, and tickets are $6 for children and $10 for adults.

Violinist Dale Stuckenbruck showcases his talents on the musical saw at the Egg in Albany at 3 pm. He will be joined by Barry Finclair, Charles Abramovic, and Ida Faiella. They will be performing both classical pieces and original songs by Steven Margoles for the saw and piano. Tickets are $20.
The New York Philomusica celebrates Mozart’s birthday with a performance from 4-6 pm at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall. The show will feature Andrew Clark, Principal Horn, and Robert Levin, a first rank Mozart Scholar pianist. Complimentary tickets are available in the Union Administration Office.

Live performs at Northern Lights to promote the release of its new CD “Songs from Black Mountain,” produced by Jim Wirt. Live welcomes special guest Zox, and doors will open at 7 pm. Tickets are $32.50 in advance or $35 the day of the show.

Rensselaer Architecture celebrates 75 years with a Spring Alumni Lecture Series. This lecture will feature Alumni Scott Wyatt ’72, speaking about design changes, and Wei Wei Shannon ’01. The event is being held from 6-8 pm in the second floor gallery of the Greene Building.
The Society of Women Engineers sponsors a Quizbowl from 6-9 pm in DCC 308. There will be around 60 people competing in teams for the grand prize of $450. Grand Marshal Max Yates and Student Senator Dan Horvath ’08 will be moderating the event.
