Undergraduate Council

Class of 2017 events

Hello, I’m Storm Williams, Class of 2017 president. For those of you who are curious as about me, I’m from Fairbanks, Alaska. In my spare time I love working out, playing pool, and having fun. I’m studying biomedical engineering and I hope to one day work to design and build prosthetics.

This year, the Class of 2017 Council began with establishing the constitution as to which our class council will follow for all four years to come. Then, we moved on to the showing of the Winter Olympics. Speaking of which, everyone should come and watch the closing ceremony on the big screen in DCC 318 at 8 pm, Sunday, February 23.

As for events, coming up we plan to have three days in March to answer questions about degree requirements, such as dual majors, minors, and more. Our final plans for the year are to focus on four days of celebrating our success as freshmen and to welcome in the approaching sophomore year. This will occur the week before finals.

We will have more details on these events as we get closer to finals. Have a good one.
