Rounak granted approval to fundraise

RPI Rounak, a Bollywood fusion dance team, came to the Executive Board for approval to fundraise. The club did not have money for costumes or travel and was looking into fundraising as a means to acquire the money. The club’s presentation showed more complex costumes and props from other Bollywood dance teams, like a club with Scooby-Doo themed costumes, and argued that their club should have costumes of such a standard. The motion to approve fundraising for such purposes passed unanimously.

Afterward, the Board motioned to close the meeting for budgeting purposes, which also passed unanimously.

This Executive Board meeting was held on November 17. The next E-Board meeting will be held Thursday at 7 pm in the Shelnutt Gallery.
