Fire Alarm: Report of smoke coming from roof of building. Found to be steam from vent.

Animal Complaint: RPI employee bit by dog inside building. No physical injury, owner on scene, dog’s shots found to be up to date.

Burglary: Resident sleeping heard someone come into apartment but assumed it was roommate. Later awoke to find three laptops and other items had been stolen.

Medical: Student sustained eye injury from metal shard while engaged in machine shop work. Troy Fire Department trans-ported patient to hospital.

Assault: Student reported that an unknown male approached him, punched him in the head then kicked him after he fell to the ground. Suspect fled with approximately 11 other teenage males.

Hit and Run: Parked car hit by unknown vehicle.

Medical: Non-student struck in nose by another person, declined filing complaint and refused medical attention.

Burglary: Third floor suite entered between 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm. Two laptops and one monitor stolen.
Friday, October 4

Medical: Resident with unknown illness transported to hospital by RPI Ambulance.
