IFC reviews summit

UPAC Concert’s battle of the DJs took happened last Friday night and all three of the DJs were Greek. Bobby Fohrenbach ’15 (Theta Xi) started of the night with a seamless mix of “Deep” and “Tech house.” Things got funky for Jacob Derechin ’15 (Delta Phi) set of “French House” and “Nu-Disco.” Vincent Riemer (Chi Phi) ended the night with bang mixing between “Melbourne Bounce” and “Electro House.” Riemer placed first and Fohrenbach and Derechin tied for second place.

On Saturday, Greek leaders from every fraternity and sorority convened for the annual Greek leadership summit. The Greek leadership summit gives senior leadership and rising leaders from all chapters a chance to collaborate and discuss the issues their chapters are facing. This year the speaker for the Greek leadership summit was nationally renowned Greek organization development expert Kim Novak. Novak spoke about trying to build accountability in organizations through setting reasonable expectations and trying to find the root of the problem to build behavior change.
