Engineers exterminate Yellowjackets
The Engineers defeated the University of Rochester Yellowjackets 49‒10.
Engineers soar over Skyhawks in double shutouts
The Engineers defeated the Stonehill Skyhawks in back-to-back shutout games, winning 1‒0 and 7‒0. RPI’s Nina Christof scored the game-winning goal in the first game of the series and twice more in the subsequent game. Goaltender Reese Keating enjoyed her first collegiate shutout game with 17 saves.
RPI needs to improve its response to on-campus threats
An individual by the name of Tyriek McGraw was arrested for criminal trespass on campus on February 9. Posters issued by Public Safety were placed around on campus, warning students about the individual.

The Winter Carnival at the Rensselaer Union had a variety of events for students to participate in during Election Day of Grand Marshal Week. This included performances, carnival games run by various student organizations, and prizes.
Reed sets 5000m school record amid notable weekend for Track and Field
Lecky breaks 3000m school record
During the Blue & Orange Invitational at Utica College on January 29, Matt Lecky ’23 broke the school and facility record in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:16.18. Previously, the record was held by Rensselaer alumnus Ben Fazio ’17, in a time of 8:18.57.
Men's team, Goddard Nationals-bound
John Reed (Gr) and Nia Goddard '23 earned Liberty League Performer of the Week as a result of their performance during the NCAA Division III Mideast Cross Country Regional meet. Six Engineers on the Men's team, including Reed, received All-Region honors.
