Medical Report: Student reported having virus-like symptoms at Health Center; transported to Sarmaritan by RPI. DOSO notified.

Medical Report: Student reported bleeding severely by elevators. Further investigation revealed student had run into door and suffered a nosebleed.

Disturbance Report: Student interfered with RD investigation of alcohol violation; no alcohol found upon inspection. Both parties contacted Public Safety.
Wednesday, February 4
• Samaritan Hospital
Medical Report: Student injured wrist while on ski trip; transported to Samaritan. DOSO and Res Life notified.

Fire Report: Alarm set off due to unknown cause. Reset by TFD.
Thursday, February 5
• BARH
Medical Report: Student was struck in back of the head while outside, but no personal belongings were taken; transported to Samaritan by RPIA. Unknown whether student was assaulted or hit with snowball. DOSO and FYE notified.
Saturday, February 7
• Quad
Medical Report: Student found on 15th Street with a bleeding gash on forehead and visibly intoxicated; student did not know where they had been or how they were injured; transported to Samaritan by RPIA. DOSO and Res Life notified.
