Larceny: Bike reported stolen while student was in class.

Medical Report: Student passed out; transported to Samaritan by TFD. Residence Life and DOSO briefed.

Medical Report: Student suffered an asthma attack and inhaler wasn’t working, requested further medical assistance. Transported to Samaritan Hospital by TFD. Residence Life and DOSO paged and briefed.

Medical Report: Student found vomiting and seemed depressed, but was conscious and breathing; transported to Samaritan Hospital by TFD. DOSO and Counseling Center notified.
Wednesday, November 12
• Quad
Harassment: Student felt physically threatened by roommate. Report taken by public safety officer.
• Cary Hall
Patrol Investigation: Student felt unsafe due to initiation into a fraternity. Residence Life was advised that student wishes for his roommate to be moved. Following referral to Residence Life, student was referred to DOSO. Investigation continuing.
Friday, November 14
• BARH
Medical Report: Student reported possible overdose of Valium, stated 30 tablets had been taken; transported to Samaritan by RPIA. DOSO notified.
Saturday, November 15
• ECAV
Trespassing: Subject seen running down Edgehill Terrace inside construction site. DPS and TPD searching the ECAV site for the subject. TPD reports the gate at the opposite end of the site was open; could not secure the gate, but put a chain and bolt to hold it closed temporarily. Subject could not be located.
