Medical Report: Underage student intoxicated and lying on the ground; student was alert and conscious when ambulance arrived; transported to Samaritan Hospital. DOSO notified.

General Report: Two people report being stuck slightly below the second floor in the right-hand elevator for approximately 10 minutes. TFD personnel opened elevator doors and put a ladder in to get the passengers out. Elevator later repaired by Albany Elevator.

Investigation: Sounds of footsteps were heard on the roof of the building; two white males seen running from building toward Union. A search of the area for subjects met with negative results.

Medical Report: Underage student found intoxicated; transported to Samaritan by RPIA. DOSO notified.
• Barton
Investigation: Student reported there was a dead mouse by her door and requested assistance removing the vermin. Upon arrival, investigation revealed the mouse appeared to be store-bought, and it had been decapitated. It also appeared that the mouse was intentionally placed in front of student’s door.

General Investigation: Student reported she was locked out of her apartment. She had her key, but the door was chained from the inside. After attempting to call each roommate, which went unanswered, ringing the doorbell, and banging on the door, public safety officer authorized the use of bolt cutters to cut the chain and allow student access. Occupants were contacted and investigation revealed the roommates did not want student and her boyfriend in the apartment and an argument ensued. Subjects advised they could not prevent student and her guest from entering the apartment. All parties were advised to contact ResLife on Monday.

Investigation: Staff reported a gate was open. The chain was off the gate and the padlock was open; check of the interior revealed a trailer was also unsecure. A check of the interior of the trailer and the area met with negative results. The trailer and gate were resecured.
Friday, October 3

Harassment: Student received threatening e-mail including the statements “see you at EMPAC” and “you escalated to level 6.” Subject sending e-mails advised by TPD that he is not to return to campus.

Property Damage: Attendee reported as he followed his son’s vehicle through the gate at the south entrance of building and it lowered, striking his vehicle. The gate struck the windshield on the passenger side, sliding across the roof of the vehicle, causing scratches on the passenger side of the roof of the vehicle.

Medical Report: Underage student found unconscious and intoxicated in women’s bathroom; TFD transported student to Samaritan.
Sunday, October 5

Medical Report: Underage intoxicated student found on floor of men’s bathroom; transported to Samaritan by RPIA. Student found to have alcohol poisoning.
