GDA: Officers responded to a report of an odor of marijuana. Upon arrival, officers spoke to residents who admitted to smoking marijuana in their room. A small baggie of green leafy vegetation was recovered and taken by officers for testing.

GDA: Student called to report witnessing an Asian male kick a sideview mirror off vehicle that was parked on street. Suspect was interviewed and matter taken to DOSO.

Fire Report: Alarm set off due to electrical short in the second floor men’s room. Electrical shop notified and will take care of matter.
Thursday, February 21

Medical Report: Student reported she cut her finger while working in lab; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.
Saturday, February 23
• Hall Hall
Medical Report: Intoxicated student reported to be in hall. Upon arrival, officers found the victim unconscious and breathing; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.
• Burdett Avenue
Assist Troy Police Department: Officers assisted TPD with a call of an overturned vehicle. It was learned driver was driving recklessly in parking lot and flipped vehicle. He ran to his fraternity house and brothers assisted him in flipping vehicle prior to officer’s arrival. They flipped vehicle too far and caused vehicle to slide down a hill, causing more damage to vehicle.

Medical Report: Student walking on ice lost footing and injured ankle; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.
Sunday, February 24
• Stackwyck
GDA: Large group of underage students in above room were being extremely loud. Upon officer’s arrival, they witnessed several bottles of beer and vodka in plain view. They spoke to one student, who was uncooperative and rude towards officers. Matter taken to DOSO.
Monday, February 25
• Hall Hall
Lost/Stolen Laptop: Caller reported that he misplaced his laptop; student remembers it being in his car when he left residence hall and drove to Stackwyck lot, but doesn’t remember what happened to it after that.
• Russell Sage Dining Hall
Automobile Accident: Driver of Cariotto Produce Delivery truck making a three-point turn by loading dock sideswiped Sodexho van that was parked. Sodexho supervisor will handle matter with produce company.

Criminal Trespass/Petit Larceny: Student entered dining hall and proceeded to go to an area where cases of glasses are stored; student attempted to remove a case of 10-ounce glasses and was confronted by an employee, who kept student in area until the arrival of Public Safety. Supervisor requested the matter be handled by DOSO rather than criminally.
