Underage Drinking: Underage student drinking alcohol while taking medication became very depressed; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.

Tuesday, February 5

Criminal Mischief: Student being advised by RA regarding policy of nailing items to wall became irate and left room. RA and witness heard a loud noise immediately after student left room and upon exiting room, they saw damage to wall in corridor.

Fire Report: Alarm set off due to cooking smoke from burnt popcorn; reset by TFD.

Medical Report: Student slipped on ice while exiting the Union, causing injury to back; refused medical attention.

Motor Vehicle Accident: Staff member driving sidewalk sweeper backed into unregistered motorcycle that was parked near curb, causing a piece of the plastic fender to fall off.

Property Damage/Automobile Accident: Unknown vehicle backed into fire hydrant, causing damage to it. Incident was witnessed by staff member who was unable to provide description or plate number of vehicle.

Medical Report: Visitor to campus was playing hockey and was struck in abdomen by another player’s head, causing pain to area and blood in urine; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.

Medical Report: Student picked up X-Acto knife by the wrong end, causing a minor laceration to finger; treated at scene by RPIA, student refused transport.

Medical Report: Student slipped on ice and fell, causing pain to back. RPIA and TFD personnel responded, but patient refused medical attention.

Medical Report: Student had a seizure, causing minor cuts to chin and mouth area; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.
