Automobile Accident: Crane exiting EMPAC site struck three parked cars. TPD notified.

Criminal Trespass: Occupants of residence owned by RPI reported via e-mail there was an unknown person in their apartment. Doors to apartment were not secured at time of incident. Occupants advised to contact TPD.
Thursday, November 29
• Sharp Lot
Recovered Stolen Vehicle: Parking enforcement personnel issued tickets for numerous violations; a DMV check of plate showed vehicle stolen out of Town of Colonie last month. TPD notified and conducted the recovery/notification process.

Underage Intoxication: Freshman was found in third floor men’s room vomiting and unable to walk without assistance. Room was checked and inside were several open bottles of liquor; transported to Samaritan by RPIA. Liquor was destroyed and DOSO and FYE notified. E&SS notified for cleanup.

Automobile Accident: Elderly driver struck concrete barrier; front end of car got hung up on barrier and tow vehicle was needed to remove it. Physical plant notified to replace barrier.
• Davison Hall
Medical Report: Student playing football with several others got struck in face with other player’s head, causing a cut to lip and a loose tooth; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.
Saturday, December 1
• VIC
Underage Intoxication: Student was involved in an argument and in process of leaving bar, student fell and struck head on pavement. Student was brought to VIC by friends. TFD notified due to level of intoxication and transported to Samaritan.
Sunday, December 2

Medical Report: Student having abdominal pain and nausea for several hours; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.
Monday, December 3
• West Hall
Fire Report: Alarm set off due to broken sprinkler pipe on west side of building. Pipe shop notified and responding.
