Fire Report: Alarm set off due to cooking smoke. Reset by TFD.
Thursday, October 18
• Main Campus Area
Suspicious Person: Male in a red pickup truck, while attempting to park, struck vehicle behind truck several times. Male then exited truck and began walking east on Sage Avenue, wearing a black army helmet. Responding officers made a search of area and subject was located in the Folsom Library. While questioning subject, it was learned he was also wearing body armor. TPD was notified and responded to scene. After several hours of speaking to subject it was determined he was not a threat to himself or anyone else, and was escorted to his vehicle and left. He was also served with Persona non Grata paperwork and strongly advised not to return. Both vehicles involved were checked and there was no damage to either one.
Friday, October 19

Fire Report: Alarm set off due to a faulty fan motor in heating unit on fifth floor, causing smoke and an odor. Building was evacuated and condition handled and reset by TFD.

Medical Report: Student jumped from last few steps on staircase and struck head on above landing, causing a minor laceration and bleeding; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.
• Armory Lot
Automobile Accident: Unregistered boat trailer rolled from area where it was parked and struck car parked in lot, causing minor damage.
• North Lot
Criminal Mischief: Student parked car in lot and upon returning to vehicle, noticed driver side window had been broken by a BB or pellet.

Petit Larceny: Student left cell phone on table and upon return, phone was missing.

Fire Report: Alarm set off due to cooking smoke from burnt popcorn. Reset by TFD.
Saturday, October 20
•’86 Field
Medical Report: Visitor attending football game lost balance while walking and struck head, causing a minor laceration above eye; treated at scene RPIA and refused transport.
• Upper Davison Lot
Criminal Mischief: Student parked car in lot and upon returning to vehicle, noticed vehicle had a dent in hood and windshield was smashed by an unknown object.
Sunday, October 21
• Sage and Burdett
GDA: Underage student was found passed out due to intoxication by units on routine patrol; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.
• Union
Petit Larceny: Student parked bike and secured it using a U-lock. Upon exiting, student noticed the bike was missing and the lock was on ground, undamaged.
Monday, October 22
• EMPAC Site
Criminal Trespass: Unknown persons unlawfully entered the EMPAC construction site and proceeded to make graffiti inside the building under construction on the fourth floor. Graffiti was written in chalk and was easily removed.
• Campus/Residence
Harassment/Stalking: Student broke up with boyfriend over a year ago. He has been calling, e-mailing, and instant messaging her for the past year and calling friends to ascertain her address. All of the above have her in fear for her physical and mental safety.
• South Side Robison Pool
Forcible Touching: Male student on way to dorm from Academy Hall was approached by an unknown male in his 40s asking for directions to Houston Field House. During the ensuing conversation, the male subjected victim to forcible touching without student’s permission. Student told him to stop and male left area heading toward Bouton Road.
