Medical Report: Visitor to campus walking on third floor exterior ramp of JEC tripped and broke ankle; stated there may have been a loose tile.

Medical Report: Student was jogging and fell injuring ankle; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.
• Bouton Road
Attempted Robbery: Student was approached by two black males, who told him to give them his money and iPod or they would do bodily harm to him. One suspect then grabbed student’s backpack, and as he did student punched suspect, knocking him to the ground. Student then got into his car and drove to DPS to report incident.

Medical Report: Student fell down staircase; treated and transported by RPIA.
• Sage Labs
Medical Report: Student slipped on wet floor and fell, striking his shoulder. Student walked to Student Health Center for treatment; treated and released.
• BARH
Medical Report: Student running in hallway struck head, then fell and twisted ankle; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.

Medical Report: Student was working out and vomited due to overexertion; refused medical attention.

Medical Report: Student separated his shoulder while playing volleyball; treated and transported to Samaritan by RPIA.

Assault: Student punched another student in the face, causing a laceration and broken nose to the recipient; treated and transported to Samaritan by RPIA.
• Playhouse
Criminal Mischief: Two shrubs pulled up from in front of the Playhouse. Area was checked by patrols with negative results.
