Fire Report: Fire alarm activated as a result of cooking smoke. Alarm reset by TFD.

Fire Report: Fire alarm activated as a result of cooking smoke. TFD ventilated the area and reset the alarm.
Tuesday, March 21
• Albright Court
Medical Incident: Student fell while walk­ing down stairs. Transported to Samaritan by TFD.
• Colvin Circle
Fire Report: Fire alarm activated as of cooking smoke. TFD responded and alarm reset.
Friday, March 24
• Biotech Labratory
Contained Chemical Spill: Graduate student dropped a bottle of organic solvent. Area was marked off and ventilated. EHS responded, assessed the spill, and cleaned. No injuries or exposure reported.
• Folsom Library
Grand Larceny: Laptop stolen out of backpack which was left in locked study room. Case forwarded to investigations.
• JPAC
Fire Report: Fire alarm activated as a result of cooking smoke. TFD responded and reset alarm.
• Crockett Hall
Medical Incident: Student fell in shower, striking head on floor and was found bleeding and semi-conscious by another student. DPS, TFD, and RPIA responded. Patient transported to Albany Medical Center by TFD. Residence Life and DOSO also notified.
Saturday, March 25
• Warren Hall
Fire Report: Fire caused by a portable heater sparking and smoking. DPS removed the heater and the room was ventilated. TFD and Residence Life also responded, and DOSO was notified. Occupant was allowed to return after the room was ventilated.
• Cary Hall
Trespassing: RPI student found an unknown male in her bed. The unknown male awakened by DPS after notification by RA. Unknown male was disoriented and admitted drinking alcohol and was not sure how he ended up where he was found. Occupants of the room refused to press charges. Unknown male identified as a SUNY student who was issued a trespass warning.
Sunday, March 26

Criminal Mischief: Parking gate found broken in two pieces.
• Sharp Hall Kitchen
Petit Larceny: Cabinet pried open and plates, pots, pans, and some food stolen. Several eggs were also thrown at the front of the building.

Fire Report: Fire alarm activated as a result of cooking smoke.
Monday, March 27
• Cary Hall
Aggravated Harassment: Room­mate dispute over a previous incident resulted in a harassment investigation that has been forwarded to DOSO and Residence Life. One student moved to another location.
