Fire Report: Fire alarm activated as a result of a contractor working and setting off a smoke detector.

Wednesday, February 22

• Folsom Library

Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree: Subject refused to leave library after several requests and refused to provide any identification. Arrested and transported for processing. Subject had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Amsterdam Court on a similar charge.

• Armory

Medical Incident: Student injured knee while playing basketball. Patient transported to Samaritan by RPIA.

• Mueller Center

Medical Incident: Student passed out while working out and hit mouth and nose on another workout machine. Patient transported to Samaritan by RPIA.

• Sunset Terrace

Criminal Mischief 4th Degree: Driver-side windows of two vehicles were broken, but no items of value inside vehicles were taken.

Thursday, February 23

• VIC

Criminal Mischief/Trespass: Three male subjects were caught in the Union while running from the north side of the VIC toward Griswold Road after breaking glass in the VIC. Two subjects charged and a third juvenile was turned over to TPD.

• Quad

Medical Incident: Student fainted and hit head on the bathroom wall. Patient transported to Samaritan by RPIA.

• Samaritan Hospital

Medical Incident / Health and Welfare Concern: Student brought to Samaritan Hospital by a friend with concern regarding the person’s psychological well-being. Friend was interviewed and the Counseling Center and DOSO were notified.

Saturday, February 25

• Union

Criminal Mischief: Damage done to the wall on the inside of the first floor entrance on the southwest side of building.

• Parking Garage

Petit larceny: Vehicle on 3rd floor had right front passenger window smashed by a large rock. A cell phone and a charging unit for the phone were stolen.

Sunday, February 26

• BARH

Verbal Altercation: DPS inves­tigated an argument between a male and a female. There were no threats of violence, no evidence of physical contact, and both parties requested to discontinue the argument.

• North Hall

Possible Missing Person: DPS checked on the welfare of a student, the investigation resulted in a missing person report being filed by both DPS and TPD. A joint investigation including DPS, TFD, DOSO, Counseling Center, and Res­idence Life was conducted. Student was located at 11:57 pm.
