Larceny: One CD stolen from parked vehicle. Vehicle door lock and dashboard damaged in process of theft.

Criminal Mischief: Intoxicated, underage student smashed window of delivery person’s car. Judicial action and restitution pending.

Medical: Resident injured head while moving property in room. Troy Fire Department transported patient to hospital for treatment of laceration.

Larceny: Assorted equipment and tools stolen from construction site.
Tip of the Week: Regarding a traffic stop: if you are pulled over by a law enforcement officer be polite and stick to the facts. If you are issued a traffic ticket don’t argue with the officer, handle that aspect in court.
