Lambda Chi sponsors an American Red Cross Blood Drive from 11:30 am-5:30 pm in the Mueller Center. Appointments can be made every 15 minutes, and walk-ins are welcome.

The Players perform The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 at 8 pm. The play details the exploits of the Stage Door slasher, responsible for the killing of performers. General admission tickets are $10, and $8 for students.

The Folsom Library hosts a “lunch and learn” in the Fischbach Room, describing Troy’s historic architecture and recent preservation efforts. Guest speakers will be Amy Faca and Lynn Kopka.

Northern Lights presents Country music star Shooter Jennings at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door.

The Physics Department invites students to the 10th Robert Resnick lecture in Sage 3303 from 4-5 pm, with refreshments at 3:30 pm. Resnick will be discussing Einstein’s general relativity principles from 1905 to present day.

Men’s ice hockey faces the Quinnipiac Bobcats in this season’s Black Friday game at the Houston Field House from 7-9:30 pm. Students will be admitted free, provided they pick up tickets from the box office with proper ID.

Brian Brooks Moving Company dazzles the crowd at The Egg with its unique performance, “Pinata.” The event combines choreography with colorful costumes, lighting, and confetti. Tickets range from $8 to $16, and the event begins at 8 pm.

Go Be Red holds a Midway Carnival in the McNeil Room from 3:30-6:30 pm. Student club will hold games, and there is no cost to attend.

Partial Credit announces their Fall Show being held in Mother’s from 7:30-10 pm. Partial Credit, one of RPI’s a cappella groups, will host the University of Rochester’s Yellowjackets and the Girls Next Door, with tickets priced at $5. Jeff Tweedy and Glenn Kotche show off their solo music at The Egg at 7:30 pm. Tickets for the Wilco members’ acoustic performances cost $26.

iEAR Presents! hosts Neil Rolnick and guests in concert in the West Hall Auditorium from 7:30-9:30 pm. This event will commemorate iEAR’s 20th year with Rolnick, the co-founder of iEAR studios. Guests will perform original pieces of experimental and electronic music. The concert is free with RPI ID and $5 for guests.
