BART SHOUDEL SINGS backup vocals and plays bass guitar in the band The Churchills at the Union Bookstore Tuesday. The band has music featured on shows such as “Scrubs” and “The ER.” Their new single, “I’m a Sucker For A Girl In Uniform,” is frequently played on Albany’s WEQX.
