The Arts Department presents “This Is Not My Beautiful Life” by Seana Biondolillo, an exhibit featuring pieces cobbled together from old toys, leftovers from yard sales, and other odd objects in West Hall 111. The event is free. More information can be obtained from the Arts department at 276-4778.
Thursday September 1st, 2005
The Union sponsors an Activities Fair from 6-9 pm in the Houston Field House. Union clubs and organizations will staff tables and have information available on their activities, purpose, and how to join. Over 100 clubs will be present for the event, with performances by various clubs throughout the evening.
Friday September 2nd, 2005
“American Idols Live!” comes to the Pepsi Arena. The performance features many of the contestants on the show such as Anthony Fedorov and Carrie Underwood. The performance begins at 7 pm, with tickets available for $36 and $46.
Sunday September 4th, 2005
The C+CC hosts its annual welcome back picnic from 6-8 pm on location. It will feature food, fun, music, and more. The event is free and open to all. Contact the C+CC at 274-7793 for more information.

RatDog and Bruce Hornsby & the Noisemakers perform at the Pepsi Arena. Bob Weir, a former member of the Grateful Dead, plays the guitar and provides vocals for the blues/rock ensemble RatDog, while Bruce Hornsby pulls from many genres to create his own unique style. Tickets are available from $25 to $45, and can be purchased at 476-1000 or on the Pepsi Arena website.
