The New York State Writer’s Institute will be hosting guest speaker Bobbie Ann Mason, author of Elvis Presley a newly released biography. The event will take place at SUNY Albany in the Recital Hall Performing Arts Center at 8 pm. Admission is free for the general public. Call 442-5620 for more information.
The Albany Center Galleries will present the annual “Mohawk Hudson Regional Invitational Exhibit.” Artists featured are sculptor Louanne Genet Getty and painter Deborah Zlotsky. The gallery will be open to the general public until February 14.
