UPAC Cinema presents From Hell in DCC 308. The film, starring Johnny Depp and Heather Graham, covers fictitious investigations of Jack the Ripper. Showings are at 7 pm, 9:30 pm, and midnight.

Acoustic musical artist Gregg Cagno plays his tunes in Mother’s Wine Emporium. The show begins at 8 pm.

Troy Savings Bank Music Hall hosts the Metamorphosen Chamber Orchestra. Friday’s performance showcases guest artist Jeffrey Curnow who will perform trumpet works by Torelli, Barber, and Borodin. The concert starts start at 8 pm and costs $10 for members and $18 for non-members.

The RPI-Sage Ski Club starts out the semester with its first Friday night program. Jiminy and Bousquet are the two options available this season.
