ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 1, A NEW VIDEO RENTAL MACHINE WAS PLACED next to Father’s and is very much like the Redbox version that many are familiar with. It is owned and operated by Brian J.D. Hudspath, who is a local veteran, and is unique to RPI. The machine offers DVDs, Blu-ray movies, and videogame rentals at industry standard prices. According to Hudspath, the movies in the machine will be updated every Tuesday with all newly released movies. There will also be a membership club with a rewards system allowing repeat customers to reserve movies in the machine and to eventually get a movie rental for free.
