Home Made Theater offers Elements of Acting, a class for children ages nine to 11. The class meets Wednesdays through October 17 (No October 10 class) from 6 to 7:30 pm. The class focuses on technique and character development and costs $75. For more information, call 587-4427.
The New York State Writers’ Institute hosts a four-night film festival, focusing on Quebec Cinema, as part of its Fall 2001 Classic Film Series. Crush and Yes Sir! Madame … will be shown starting at 7:30 pm. Director Robert Morin will be presenting and answering questions.
