Music Review Run DMC returns to rap scene

Jennifer Mooney Senior Reviewer You may know Run DMC for their hit with Aerosmith, "Walk this Way" or maybe you are a long time fan of Run DMC.
Crown Royal, Run DMC’s latest release, features artists like Jermaine Dupri, Nas, Prodigy, Mobb Deep, Fred Durst, Kid Rock, Everlast, Stephen Jenkins from Third Eye Blind, Sugar Ray, Chris Davis, Jagged Edge, Fat Joe, and Method Man. This album, while it mostly consists of a rap beat, is complimented by rock music. This album, with the combinations of artistry and fresh rap beats similar to those used by rap and rock artists of this generation, is definitely targeted at a younger generation of listeners.
If you are a fan of new generation rap/rock music or are an old fan of Run DMC I would suggest this album for you. | |
