Sophomore Ben Fell was named to the Verizon Academic All-American College Division Men’s At-Large Second Team. The selections are made by the College Sports Information Directors of America.
Fell finished second in the 100-yard backstroke, the 200-yard backstroke, and the 400-yard freestyle at the UCAA Championship meet.
Fell was also a member of both the 400-yard and the 200-yard medley relay teams that also finished second. Fell advanced to the NCAA National Meet and placed 12 in the 100-yard backstroke. Fell also broke three individual school records and was a part of four relay records. Fell is a civil engineering major with a minor in psychology and currently carries a 4.0 GPA.
Fell has also been chosen as a member of the UCAA and NY State All-Academic teams.and was awarded an RPI Founder’s Award for excellence
