Medical Report: Officer found employee slipped on water on sidewalk from sprinkler system activation that had frozen. Subject had injured ankle, hip, and knee; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.

Medical Report: Student passed out in bathroom, but was alert and conscious at time of report. RPIA on scene, but student refused medical attention; report filed.
