Harassment: Student felt threatened by another in dining hall. This is an ongoing dispute between involved parties.

Thursday, January 17

• Sage Ave

GDA: Two students were observed urinating on a parked vehicle. When officer stopped to question students, one fled the area and one remained. When officer questioned student about his actions student appeared to be in an intoxicated state and denied doing so, even though he had neglected to pull his zipper up. ID was obtained from student and notification made to vehicle owner at a later time.

Medical Report: Student working with an X-Acto knife slipped and cut off tip of finger; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.

Saturday, January 19

• Nason

GDA Underage Drinking: Officer responded to call of an intoxicated underage student. Officers learned that student had been drinking at two separate fraternities; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.

• Commons Lot

GDA Underage Drinking: Officers responded to call of an intoxicated underage student. Officers learned that student had been drinking at a fraternity; transported to VIC.

• Crockett Hall

GDA Underage Drinking: Officer observed an intoxicated male student attempting to open door of Public Safety vehicle that was parked in area. When asked about what they were doing, student replied “I don’t know;” transported to VIC.

• Barton Hall

GDA Underage Drinking: Officers responded to call of an intoxicated underage student. Officers learned that student had been drinking at a fraternity; transported to Samaritan by RPIA.

Sunday, January 20

• Bell Ave

GDA: Officers responded to a noise complaint. Upon arrival, officer was met at door by president of fraternity, who proceeded to slam door in officer’s face. Officer called for backup and other DPS units and TPD responded. President of fraternity was arrested by TPD for violating noise ordinance. Fraternity was written up for failure to comply.

• Colvin Circle

Robbery II: Two students were assaulted by a group of black males, who proceeded to beat and remove personal property from one of the victims. Group then fled area in several vehicles. TPD notified and responded.
