Monday, January 29

• Residence Hall

Sexual Abuse: Female student reported that a male student subjected her to forcible sexual contact by touching her through her clothing. Judicial action pending.

• Bray Hall

Criminal Mischief: Orange thrown through third-floor window pane.

Tuesday, January 30

• Commons Gazebo

Criminal Mischief: Bench and two trash receptacles at gazebo vandalized.

• Quad

Larceny: Person inadvertently left bag with cellphone, keys, and cash in area of Quad around noon. Property stolen in her brief absence.

• AS&RC

Medical: Person struck in face while playing basketball. Patient transported to hospital for treatment.

Wednesday, January 31

• Sunset Terrace

Animal Complaint: Pedestrian complained that two dogs on Sunset Terrace went after him as he went by fraternity. Fraternity advised, complaint also filed report with Troy Animal Control Officer.

Thursday, February 1

• Davison Hall

Criminal Mischief: Card reader vandalized.

• Albright Court

Burglary: Resident reported that on December 14 at 6:30 pm he went to laundry room. Upon his return 10 minutes later he found that someone had entered though the unlocked back door and stolen a 19" color TV.

• Crockett Hall

Larceny: Washing machine stolen from basement laundry room sometime between January 25 and February 1.

• Rensselaer Union

Medical: Person reported having fallen on ice east of the Union. Refused medical attention.

• Davison Hall

Criminal Nuisance: Person reported books being thrown out of a third-floor window.

Friday, February 2

• Field House

Harassment: Student referee reported being harassed by another student during an intramural hockey game. Possible judicial action pending.
