THOMAS WUCHTE OF THE STATE DEPARTMENT ADDRESSES RPI and West Point students at the Biotechnology Center auditorium on Tuesday evening. Wuchte discussed his experiences with attendees as one of a four member team representing the State Department on matters of conventional arms control and works in both Vienna, Austria, and Washington, D.C. The event was hosted by the RPI student chapter of the American Nuclear Society.
