COMMONS CHEF WOJO AND SAGE DINING HALL CHEF “TOFU TIM” BATTLED for the honor of being best chef on the campus last Wednesday. Both chefs were required to use shrimp and chicken in an appetizer and entree in Indian-style cuisine. Tofu Tim prepared a sweet curry chicken (top right) while Wojo countered with coriander shrimp (center bottom), among other dishes. Eight judges, among them students and members of the Union, found Tofu Tim’s culinary talents to be tops at RPI. Wojo’s appetizer scored higher than Tofu Tim’s tandoori chicken, but Tim’s entree enabled him to come from behind and take the victory.
