RENSSELYRICS MEMBER BRIAN WAITE TAKES the lead for “River of Dreams,” by Billy Joel Saturday night in UPAC Mother’s. Local high school a cappella group YAGappella opened for the Rensselyrics in a show titled “Saturday Night Live.” The Rensselyrics also performed “Insomniac,” by Billy Pilgrim, “Flood,” by Jars of Clay, and “Hands Down,” by Dashboard Confessional. In addition, Rensselyric member Gary Yund treated audiences to some stand-up comedy and improvised percussion, and member Sahir Azam performed a short acoustic set. Both groups were very talented and the performance was enjoyable for all who attended.
