RPI CONFERRED an honory doctorate of letters in law on State Senator Joseph Bruno at Honors Convocation Sunday. The degree was given in recognition of his efforts toward improving biotechnology in New York state, including the creation on the Gen*NY*sis program, which invested $225 million in the field.
