Harassment: Resident received harassing communications.

• Warren Hall

Larceny: Resident reported that bike left in summer storage room was stolen.

• McGiffert House

Larceny: Resident reported that cleaning items left in apartment over summer were stolen.

Wednesday, August 27

• Warren Hall

GDA Violation: Public Safety observed and detained two male subjects climbing through window. Subjects subsequent-ly identified as students. Judicial action pending.

• Main Campus

Disorderly Conduct: Two students observed throwing a barricade at campus sign. Judicial action pending.

• E-Dorms

Harassment: Resident reported ongoing incidents of harassment.

Thursday, August 28

• D-Lot

Larceny: Car stereo stolen from vehicle between 1:30 am and 2:30 pm.

Friday, August 29

• Hall Hall

Larceny: Electric cart left outside building was stolen. It was recovered on August 30 in bushes on Nott Drive with battery cables cut.

Saturday, August 30

• Colonie Apartments

Fire: Resident of third floor room left candle burning atop dresser. Dresser ignited but fire suppressed by sprinkler system activation. Residents temporarily evacuated. Three rooms damaged by water.

• Thompson House

Facility Damage: Sprinkler system activated when resident threw a dart which struck a sprinkler head. Residents temporarily evacuated.

• Barton Hall

GDA Violation: Resident brought motorcycle into his first floor room thereby endangering safety of residents. Judicial action pending.

Sunday, August 31

• Mueller Center

Larceny: Cell phone and ID card left unattended stolen while victim exercised.

Monday, September 1

• Hall Hall

Medical: Resident reported sharp pain to arms after spending hours playing video games. Troy Fire Department transported patient to hospital for evaluation.
