The RPI Red Hawks went head-to-head with the Keuka Storm on Sunday at the Harkness Field. Overall, the game was fairly quiet, with only one goal scored for the entire game.

The first half was marked by 12 shots on the Keuka goal, none of which resulted in a goal, with four saves by Storm goalie Missy Burnagasser. Keuka, on the other hand, made four shots on the RPI goal, resulting in four saves by goalie Andrea Hamill.

It was much the same story for the second half, with only two shot on the goal from both sides. The Storm attempted two shots, but Hamill didn’t have to make the effort of a save. The Red Hawks, on the other hand, attempted 14 shots, actually managing to pull a goal from the Keuka goalie at 43:58. The goal, made by Lisa McMillan on an assist by Kristy Nachman, was on a beautiful shot 20 yards from the goal.

The win puts RPI at 7-0 for the season. The Red Hawks will play again Friday at Clarkson.
