• BARH

Criminal Mischief: Toilet vandalized; first and second floor areas sustained water damage.

• BARH

Medical: Resident with unknown illness. RPI Ambulance transported patient to hospital.

Monday, March 18

• Greene Bulding

Larceny: Zip drive stolen from locked box on first floor.

• Quad

Welfare Check: Student reported a life safety concern about an off-campus friend. Person subsequently located and found to be OK.

• Bray Hall

Welfare Check: Student reported that while on-line with another person a third person interrupted their Internet conversation and informed him that a certain person in Texas had taken a drug overdose. Information relayed to local police in Texas.

Tuesday, March 20

• Visitor’s Information Center

Medical: Student walked into the Visitor’s Information Center and requested medical attention for lockjaw. RPI Ambulance transported patient to hospital for treatment.

Wednesday, March 21

• Nason Hall

Larceny: Resident reported theft of his room key.

• Rensselaer Union

Larceny: Meal Plan sign stolen from building.

Tip of the Week: Don’t leave your vehicle running while unattended. Besides being illegal, it’s an open invitation to car theft, and facilitating the crime could affect your actual coverage for the loss.
